HOW DO I NAVIGATE YOUR SITE?

All products can be found by using the handy Products section of our menu bar also you can you our search bar to enter (full or part) product code and description.

HOW CAN I CHECK STOCK?

You can check stock by checking the product detail page for any item, please use the search or the product menus.

  • Stock shown is for both of our sites (Dagenham & Rainham) when the stock we have at Dagenham is insufficient to complete the order, we will add a 2-3 days for despatch from our Rainham site – These orders will usually be part shipped.
  • Low stock may indicate a physical stock check is required.
  • All stock is approximate so please call if uncertain.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

Free for orders over £200

£10 for orders under that 

£15 For site delivery 

£25 for Saturday 

We have an AM delivery options too – please call for further information

WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

You should receive a tracking email with details for your delivery once your order is confirmed. Deliveries arrive between 0830 -1730. If you need help on your delivery please give us a call. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURN?

All returns must be agreed in advance and have an RAN (Returns Authorisation Number)

Returned product must be:

  • In re-saleable condition
  • A current product line
  • Bought within the last 18 months
  • Returned at the customers cost
  • Returned product will be subject to either:
  • A minimum handling charge of 25% based on the original invoiced prices or
  • A compensating / replacement order of 2 x 1 the value of the returned product.

WHERE CAN I BUY MERIDIAN, AXIOM, AIRMASTER & PROFIX BRANDED PRODUCTS?

Our products are usually in stock at all good electrical wholesalers. For a local one please call our sales team they will be happy direct you.

CAN I HAVE AN ACCOUNT?

We supply the electrical wholesale trade exclusively. If you are a wholesaler please Click Here to download an account application form and email.

WHY CAN'T I SEE PRICES?

Only logged in CED online account holders are able to see pricing. If you have a CED account please Click Here to register for an online account; you will require your CED account code (found on the top of your invoice or statement.)

CAN I COLLECT ORDERS?

Yes - We have no minimum order value for collection orders, and orders can be collected 2 hours after placing.  

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

We are open 08:30am -17:30am Monday to Friday.

We’re Located in Dagenham (Essex), just off the A12 and A13 corridors,  well placed to service all areas in the UK mainland.
